What All Our Investment Services Have in Common
01
Contrarian But Rational
Willing to go against consensus when it makes sense (which is a lot).
02
Risk-Aware
We like making money around here. We don’t like excessive or poorly managed risk — or taking wild swings.
03
Anti-B.S.
Jared is pathologically incapable of not giving you the unvarnished reality.

Has This Dillian Guy Got the Chops?
If you're new here, welcome…! Jared started out on the floor of the Pacific Coast Options Exchange, where he learned the hard way — by getting thrown in and figuring it out. Then he ran the ETF desk at Lehman Brothers, moving millions a day. He's traded bonds, stocks, options, and commodities the whole way through, and he still does, every single day.

So yep, he’s got the chops.

But three other things matter just as much:
-
He's a trader, not a pundit. Everything here comes from someone still placing the trades, not a commentator who stopped doing it years ago.
-
He won't blow smoke at you. No guarantees, no fake urgency, no get-rich-by-Friday stuff. When he's not sure, he says so. When he's wrong, he says that too.
-
He makes it click. Jared takes the stuff Wall Street buries in jargon and explains it like he's talking to a friend.
As For Adam Crawford...
...he’s been Jared’s senior equity analyst for almost a decade, and has built a reputation for digging into markets with a flashlight and finding wide-moat, cash-generating companies which don’t get thrown around by volatility.
Oh, and one more thing: JD calls Adam his “secret weapon,” which makes him sound a bit like James Bond – if James Bond enjoyed being knee-deep in 10-Ks and earnings transcripts.

That really depends on what you're after.
If your main focus is on set-it-and-almost-forget-it returns, The Strategic Portfolio is for you. If you want high-octane commentary and ideas, that’s The Daily Dirtnap.
If you’re fed up of the growth forever narrative and think the rotation into small caps will be a big story for the next decade, Heartland Investor gets you ahead of that curve. If you’re not bashful about taking risk and comfortable with occasionally using options, Street Freak’s going to be a good fit.
And if you’re genuinely not sure, try the quiz – it’ll point you in a sensible direction.
Not for Strategic Portfolio – it’s as straightforward as it gets. The others ask a bit more of you, particularly The Daily Dirtnap, but Jared explains everything in a way that isn’t just educational but also entertaining as hell.
The goal is to make this stuff make sense, not to make you feel stupid for asking.
Sure, and a lot of people do. They're meant to fit together, not compete: different risk levels, different jobs.
The shared thread running through all of them is what makes owning a couple add up to more than owning one.
There’s some good stuff out there, but in a lot of cases the only person getting rich is the guy selling it. This is for people who actually want to understand markets and build something over time.
Jared's had real money on the line for 25+ years, he thinks humility is the most underrated trait in investing, and he'll tell you when he gets it wrong. None of that moves a million units on YouTube. He doesn't care.
Anytime. You're not locked into anything. If it's not earning its keep, don't renew at the end of subscription (which you can easily manage in your account settings).
